In this episode I talk a bit about using the .22lr as an aid to supplement your regular training, and I talk a short bit about range bag contents. I also at the last minute decided to add a little review of the Hornady Lock and Load Classic reloading kit.

In this episode I talk with Drew from RangeLog.com. He tells us what the site is used for and how it will benefit any most any type of shooter out there. There are some audio issues with the phone recording that make it hard to understand some of the things I am asking him, but he comes in clear enough, and a couple parts where we slightly go off topic but thats my fault and overall it was a very enjoyable discussion that I think you will enjoy.

EMP4 – Obligatory Safety Discussion

Posted on 12 July 2011 by Jason

In a perfect world, I wouldn’t have to remind anyone of this… but in this show I talk about the Four Rules of Gun Safety, and then the SIRT Pistol as a training aid.

This was my first attempt using Levelator and I do not like the way it came out. I’m running out of time tonight so I just compiled the MP3 with out levelator for this week. Hopefully I’ll get some more time through out the week to look and see why my levelatored file was UP and DOWN and entirely not LEVEL??

EMP3 – Situational Awareness and Kimber Fightin’ Words

Posted on 06 July 2011 by Jason

Play

In this episode I tell of a situation I found myself in that really opened my eyes to the need to be aware of your surroundings and the people in it. If you’ve followed my blog you’ve seen the story before. I dive into a little bit about situational awareness and the different conditions involved. Then I kinda jump into one of those topics thats going to make me enemies: my opinion on Kimber 1911s.

This episode brought a couple more audio struggles trying to get rid of the sounds of people partying next door and me refusing to turn off the AC. I also have some static in the recording that I heard in the my last play through before posting and I’m having a hard time getting rid of it. Sorry!
